Join alumni and friends for a Blugold Happy Hour on Wednesday, Aug. 20 beginning at 5:30 p.m. at O'Sullivan's Public House, 7244 Madison St. Forest Park, IL. Join the Fun!
Come and hear about some of the exciting things happening on campus, your first beverage and light snacks are on us and you'll have a chance to win Blugold swag.

Are you headed to the Minnesota State Fair this summer? Why not join the UWEC Kazoo Band and march with us at the Fair on Wednesday, August 27?
Before we take to the parade route, we’re getting together for a low-key rehearsal and a lot of fun with fellow Blugolds! Come hang out at Forgotten Star Brewing Co. on Wednesday, August 20 at 6:30 p.m. Whether you're marching or just want to connect with fellow alumni, all are welcome!

Going to the Minnesota State Fair this summer? Be sure to pick Wednesday, Aug. 27, when the UW-Eau Claire Kazoo Band will be marching in the parade at 2 p.m. to celebrate the 100th anniversary of UWEC Homecoming on October 4!
Inspired by the legendary Bridgman Hall Marching Kazoo Band — a beloved Blugold Homecoming tradition for nearly 50 years — this fun, laid-back group welcomes current students, alumni, family, and friends.
🎺 No musical or marching experience needed!
🎟️ First 75 participants get FREE fair admission, a kazoo, and Blugold swag!
Don't miss your chance to be part of the fun and show your Blugold pride in front of thousands of fairgoers.

Description: This class ensures a challenging and rewarding experience and meets you exactly where you are. Flow with confidence whether this is your first yoga class, or 100th, there will be something here for everyone. Feel strong, connected, and balanced after moving with your breath.

5 p.m.-Low Impact Sculpt | 45 minutes

Description: Mat Pilates: This is a HIGH intensity & low impact (no jumping) whole body workout for all exercise levels that builds a strong core, improves circulation, and increases flexibility Mat Pilates is performed on a yoga mat to help protect joints and muscles from impact and injury. Think Strong Core meets some next level HIIT for an awesome workout!

I Love the 90s Concert at the new Sonnentag Center
Keep the nostalgia going with a line-up straight from the 90s. The I Love the 90s tour features performances by a revolving line-up of iconic 1990s artists including Vanilla Ice, Tone Loc, Rob Base, and Young MC. Please join fellow Blugolds alumni and friends of the Badger state for a Wisconsin picnic gathering at Sun City Ampitheater on Thursday, March 12, 2026, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. This event is open to all Wisconsinites and sponsored by UW-Eau Claire Alumni and the Wisconsin Club of Sun City. There is a $10 charge payable at the event that includes WI themes food, beverages, prizes and live music. Be sure to wear your BLUE and GOLD to show your Blugold Pride.
